Appleseeds Academy offers a creative curriculum including music, science, art, math, language arts and Spanish all taught by our well educated staff.
Our loving and nurturing atmosphere promotes optimal physical, social, emotional and cognitive development and progress for the whole child. Appleseeds Academy has been licensed by Community Care Licensing State of California since 2016. We have recently moved to 1735 Lake Tahoe Blvd on the South Tahoe High School campus in the old Mt. Tallac portables. We offer multiple programs for children ages 2 - 12 years of age. Our goal is to provide a fun and safe learning environment for your child, while encouraging social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development. Your child will receive quality personal and individualized care in a warm and loving environment, where they can feel safe and happy and can begin to build confidence and a positive self image.
Our center is designed to provide a nurturing atmosphere along with spacious, stimulating class rooms for the children to actively learn and play in; equipped with safe and fun age appropriate materials giving each child an exciting world full of opportunities to explore, learn, and grow. Furthermore, we maintain a state regulated low teacher to child ratio. Therefore, your child will receive the kind of close attention he or she deserves, nurturing a foundation for development and helping to enable your child to reach their full potential.
We have several large fully fenced in outdoor play area equipped with fun and safe play equipment. For children of all ages we incorporate lots of fun activities into their daily schedule that include arts and crafts, free-play, structured-play, music, song and dance, painting, coloring, various creative and educational projects, science and history exploration and much more. Additionally, for children ages two through five, we offer three individual structured Pre-Preschool, Preschool and TK programs as well as after school and summer programs for school age children. Because of these points, we feel we are able to provide the best of both worlds (learning and fun, all in one)
